This work examines various aspects of the Arab Spring revolt in Bahrain as it relates to the United States using text excised from the New York Times. Subjects covered include Bahraini protesters demands for freedom, democracy, and justice, the killing and torturing of protesters, and the U.S. response to the uprising, among others.
